On the reorganization of the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 28, 2003 No. 1178

  In order to train international-level personnel in market economics and social sciences using modern international educational technologies, attract foreign specialists and further develop I hereby decree the Kazakh Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: P920285 , K941605

     1. Reorganize the state institution "Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - KIMEP) by converting it into a non-profit joint-stock company.

     2. The reorganization of KIMEP should be carried out taking into account the contract dated February 21, 2000 No. 05/04-2000 "On the transfer to the trust management of the Higher State (Postgraduate) Educational Institution "Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (KIMEP) as a property complex with the right of subsequent purchase" while maintaining the profile of activity - training specialists with higher professional and postgraduate professional education.

     3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the necessary measures to implement this Decree.

     4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
