On the reorganization of some courts equated to district courts
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 25, 2002 No. 912
In order to ensure maximum proximity and accessibility of the judicial authorities to the public and in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2000 Z000132_ "On the judicial system and the status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I hereby decree:
1. Reorganize some courts that are equivalent to district courts by separating courts that are equivalent to district courts from them, according to Appendix 1.
2. Judges of the reorganized courts shall be considered judges of the courts formed in accordance with this Decree, in accordance with Appendix 2.
3. The Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall determine the territorial jurisdiction of cases for the courts specified in paragraph 1 of this Decree.
4. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Committee on Judicial
administration at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures,
arising from this Decree.
5. Control over the implementation of this Decree shall be entrusted to
The Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
