On improving the organization and activities of public administration bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of economic reform

     In order to increase the efficiency of the functioning of the system of executive and administrative bodies of the Republic during the transition period

I DECREE:      

4-5. (Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2006 No. 1696 (effective from the date of signing).      

6. Rename:      

Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;      

The Ministry of Social Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Ministry of Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

11. Establish the personal responsibility of the heads of government bodies for the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

12. This Decree comes into force from the moment of its signing.
