About the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 17, 1993.
In order to implement the powers of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to lead the state, form foreign, domestic and military security policy aimed at ensuring state independence, territorial integrity, and maintaining socio-political stability,
performance:
1. To form the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the head of State.
2. To establish that the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a member of the Security Council ex officio.
3. Appoint Tulegen Tlekovich Zhukeev as Deputy Chairman -
Member of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Appoint members of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
Yerik Magzumovich Asanbayev, Vice-President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Tereshchenko Sergey Alexandrovich - Prime Minister of the Republic
Kazakhstan;
Suleimenov Kairbek Shoshanovich - State Councilor
Republic of Kazakhstan;
Abykaev Nurtai Abykaevich - Head of the Presidential Staff
Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Suleimenova Tuleutaya Skakovich -Minister of Foreign Affairs
Republic of Kazakhstan;
Nurmagambetov Sagadat Kozhakhmetovich - Minister of Defense of the Republic
Kazakhstan;
Shumov Vladimir Georgievich -Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic
Kazakhstan;
Bulat Bayekenov, Chairman of the National Security Committee

5. To approve the regulations on the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. To invalidate the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On the formation of the Security Council of the Kazakh SSR" dated August 21, 1991
year N 403.
7. The decree comes into force from the moment of signing.
