On the creation of the Aktau Seaport Special Economic Zone

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 26, 2002 No. 853.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 1996 "On Special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I hereby decree:

     1. To create a special economic zone "Aktau Seaport" for the period until January 1, 2028.
