About the jubilee medal in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In order to encourage citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development and establishment of Kazakh parliamentarism, as well as to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I DECREE:
1. To establish the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl".
2. To approve the attached: 1) the regulations on the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl"; 2) the description of the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl".
3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.

The position of the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republicasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl"
1. The Jubilee Medal "Kazakhstan Republicasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl" (hereinafter referred to as the jubilee medal) is awarded to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development and establishment of Kazakh parliamentarism, from among government and public figures, employees, employees of budgetary organizations and the industrial sector. 2. Submissions for awarding the jubilee medal are submitted to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Chairmen of the chambers of Parliament, the Government, the Constitutional Council, the Supreme Court, ministries, other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of regions, Astana and Almaty cities, as well as public associations. 3. The jubilee medal is awarded by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as on behalf and on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it may be awarded by: 1) The Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) chairmen of the chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 3) akims of regions, Astana and Almaty cities; 4) other officials. 4. The jubilee medal is presented in a solemn ceremony and is presented to the recipient personally. Before the presentation, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on awarding is announced. 5. Each recipient is given a corresponding certificate simultaneously with the presentation of the jubilee medal. 6. A protocol of the prescribed form is drawn up on the presentation of the jubilee medal. It is affixed with the signature of the person who presented the medal and the seal of the body that made the presentation, and is sent to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 7. The jubilee medal is worn on the left side of the chest. If there are state awards, it is located after them. 8. Accounting of awards made, as well as reporting on the awarding of commemorative medals, are conducted by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Description of the jubilee medal"Kazakhstan Republicasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl"
The jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republicasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl" is made of brass, has the shape of a regular circle with a diameter of 34 mm. The obverse of the medal in the center depicts the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Flag image is made of blue enamel. A laurel branch is located at the bottom of the medal along the circumference. To the right of the Flag there is a relief inscription "10 poles", made in two lines. On the reverse of the medal in the central part, the inscription "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Parliament" is written in three lines on the matted surface. In the lower part, under the inscription, there is an element of the national ornament. All the images and inscriptions on the medal are embossed, golden in color. The edges of the medal are framed by a rim. The jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republicasyn Parliamentine 10 zhyl" is connected with an eyelet and a ring to a hexagonal block 34 mm wide and 50 mm high, made of brass. The shoe is covered with a moire ribbon in the color of the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the edges of which are framed by blue stripes 4 mm wide. In the center of the ribbon there are two yellow strips 2 mm wide. The width of the moire ribbon is 34 mm. On the reverse side of the shoe is a pin, with which the medal is attached to clothing.
