Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2011 No. 1134

 In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 91 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECREE:    

1. To reject the proposal of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on submitting amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, initiated by the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with subparagraph 3), to a republican referendum. paragraph 2 of Article 54 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.    

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
