On the abolition of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2003 No. 1228

I decree:

     1. To abolish the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. To invalidate the following acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2001 No. 692 "On the formation of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan"; 2) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2002 No. 915 "On Amendments to Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2001 No. 692";      3) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 2002 No. 967 "On Amendments to Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2001 No. 692" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 35, art. 374); 4) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2003 No. 1036 "On Amendments to Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2001 No. 692".

     3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan should bring its decisions in line with this Decree.

     4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
