On approval of the Protocol on Termination of Multilateral Treaties concluded within the Framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2003 N 1242

Guided by the decision of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States on improving and reforming the structure of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States of April 2, 1999, in order to improve the contractual and legal framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States

I decree:      

1. To approve the Protocol on the Termination of Multilateral Treaties Concluded within the Framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States, signed in Minsk on December 1, 2000.      

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
