Issues of the Republic of Kazakhstan's foreign office in Afghanistan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 4, 2003 No. 1103

 In order to enhance bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Afghanistan

I decree:      

1. Reorganize the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Afghanistan by converting it into the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Afghanistan.      

2. (Paragraph 2 became invalid by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2004 No. 1284 (effective January 1, 2004).      

3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the necessary measures arising from this Decree.      

4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
