Sabit Davletovich Nigmetov was born in the Kostanay region. In 2003, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University. By decision of the State Qualification Commission, he was awarded the qualification of “Lawyer.”

He began his professional legal career in 2010 at the State Institution “Administrator of Courts of Kostanay Region” as a Chief Specialist – Court Session Secretary. His area of specialization included criminal and administrative cases. He worked in the judicial system of the Kostanay region for more than seven years.

The state license for advocacy activity No. 17011839 was issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 29, 2017. From that moment, his professional career as an attorney began.
