Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 23, 1995 No. 2147 Having the force of law

In accordance with Article 1 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 1993" on granting temporary additional powers to the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local akims " and in connection with the need to recognize certain acts of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan as valid and having legal force, I issue this decree.
