On amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, "On the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 2, 1995 N 2396

  In accordance with article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 1993 "On the temporary delegation of additional powers to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and heads of local administrations", I hereby:      

1. To supplement the first part of Article 56 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, dated March 30, 1995 Z952155_ "On the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" with paragraph p) as follows: "p) introduction and cancellation of the regime of mandatory sale of proceeds in foreign currency from the export of goods (works, services)."      

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
