On amendments to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences on the status of a teacher

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2026 No. 310-VIIII ZR

Article 1. To make the following amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2014:

     in part 7-3 of Article 409:

     Subparagraph 2) should be worded as follows:

     "2) demanding from the teacher reports or information not provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education, as well as the obligation to maintain documents simultaneously on paper and in electronic form;";

     In subparagraph 5), the word "average" should be deleted.

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
