On amendments to the Regulation on the Supreme Advisory Council for Science and Technology of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 1995 N 2492

I DECREE:      

1. Paragraph 2 of the Regulations on the Supreme Advisory Council on Science and Technology of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 6, 1994 N 1979 "On the Supreme Advisory Council on Science and Technology of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1994, N 46, art. 494; SAPP, 1995, N 13, Article 151), to state in a new wording:      

"2. The Council is an advisory body under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is headed by the Chairman. The Chairman of the Council has two deputies."      

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
