Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2026 No. 23. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 4, 2026 No. 38091

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 51-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Health of the people and the healthcare system", I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the form of a semi-annual list of subjects (objects) of special control and supervision in accordance with Appendix 1 to this order;

2) the form of the act on the appointment of an inspection of subjects (objects) of special control and supervision in accordance with Appendix 2 to this order;

3) the form of an additional act on extending the terms of inspection of subjects (objects) of special control and supervision in accordance with Appendix 3 to this order;

4) the form of the act on the results of the inspection of subjects (objects) of special control and supervision in accordance with Appendix 4 to this order;

5) the form of the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan on monitoring with a visit to the object of special control and supervision in accordance with Annex 5 to this order;

6) the form of the act on extending the monitoring period with a visit to the object of special control and supervision in accordance with Annex 6 to this order;

7) the form of an act on the results of monitoring with a visit to the object of special control and supervision in accordance with Annex 7 to this order;

8) the form of the instruction on elimination of the revealed violations according to appendix 8 to this order.

2. The Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order, submit to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order shall come into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
