 In accordance with article Z933600_ 2 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 1993" on granting temporary additional powers to the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local akims":      

1. about the loan between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Swedish Credit Corporation on December 21, 1994 in Stockholmto approve the agreement signed in the city.2.this decree comes into force from the date of its publication.
