On approval of the Agreement on Mutual Protection of Intellectual Property Rights Obtained and Used in the Course of Military-economic Cooperation within the Framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization

To be published in the Acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan      

     In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE :

     1. To approve the Agreement on Mutual Protection of Intellectual Property Rights Obtained and Used in the Course of military-economic cooperation within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, signed in Dushanbe on October 6, 2007.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
