 In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 No. 54 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECREE:      

1. To approve the Agreement on the Council for Interregional and Cross-Border Cooperation of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, signed in Bishkek on October 10, 2008.

(No agreement was attached)      

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
