On approval of the annual report of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 1995

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 18, 1996 No. 3040

In accordance with Article 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, Z952155_ "On the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Article 15 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Constitutional Law, Z952733_ "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", having reviewed the annual report of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 1995,

I DECREE:    

1. To approve the annual report of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the results of operations for 1995, taking into account the conclusion of the audit firm Arthur Andersen with the balance sheet currency in the amount of 222903.5 million tenge and profit in the amount of 7981.8 million tenge.    

2. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall publish the annual report for 1995.    

3. At the suggestion of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the expected profit based on the results of the activities of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1996 should be allocated:    

- to the authorized fund - About;    

- to the reserve fund - About;    

- to the industrial and social development fund - 2537 million tenge.    

The remaining part of the profit of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan actually received in 1996 should be allocated to the republican budget revenues.    

4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
