In accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 56 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Statistics", I ORDER:
1. To approve the attached form of information on digital assets distributed by a digital mining pool among individuals engaged in digital mining activities, submitted to the state revenue authority.
2. To repeal Order No. 709 of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2023 "On approval of the form of submission of information by a digital mining pool on digital assets distributed by it among individuals engaged in digital mining activities" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 32926).
3. The Committee of State Revenue of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the date of its first official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
4. This order shall come into force sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
