On approval of the recommendation form for the elimination of identified violations based on the results of preventive control in the provision of medical services (assistance) without visiting the subject (object) of control and supervision
Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2026 No. 69. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 1, 2026 No. 39176
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 34 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Health of the people and the healthcare system", I ORDER:
1. To approve the attached recommendation form on the elimination of identified violations based on the results of preventive control in the provision of medical services (assistance) without visiting the subject (object) of control and supervision (hereinafter referred to as the form).
2. The Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submit to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall enter into force after the date of its first official publication.
To establish that from July 12, 2026, subparagraph 3) of paragraph 5 of the form is valid as follows:
