On certain issues concerning the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2026, No. 248

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

     1. To make the following amendments and additions to certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) In Resolution No. 659 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 27, 1999, “On the Transfer of Rights to Own and Use State-Owned Shares and State Participation Interests in Organizations That Are in the Republic’s Ownership”:

     in the list of state-owned shares and state participation interests in organizations that are in the Republic’s ownership, the right to own and use of which is transferred to sectoral ministries and other state bodies, as approved by the said resolution:

     in the section “To the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”:

     delete the line, serial number 406-32-4;

     section "Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

     add a line, serial number 406-37-2, as follows:

     "406-37-2. Joint Stock Company "National Agency for the Development of Innovations "QazInnovations".";

2) In the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 19, 2022, No. 580 “On Certain Issues of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”:

in the Regulations on the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the said resolution:

in the list of legal entities whose rights to own and use state blocks of shares and participation shares have been transferred to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

delete clause 2‑1;

The list of legal entities whose rights to own and use state blocks of shares and participation shares have been transferred to the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

     to be supplemented with paragraph 7 as follows:

     “7. Joint‑Stock Company ‘National Agency for the Development of Innovations “QazInnovations”.”

     2. This resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
