On certain issues of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2004 No. 1308 In accordance with subparagraph 3) I hereby decree paragraph 2 of Article 17-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

     1. To abolish the Economic Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. To amend the following decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

          1) to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 21, 2000 No. 378 "On certain issues of Managing the Affairs of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 20, Article 218; 2002, No. 6, Article 40; 2003, No. 33, Article 323):

          in paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the said Decree, the words "Economic Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan," should be deleted;

          2) to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 18, 2003 No. 1167 "On the Structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 33, art. 323):

          The structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the said Decree, should be set out in a new version according to the appendix.

     3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
