Decree Of The President Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. Dated August 8, 1995 N 2403

In accordance with paragraph 1 of the decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 1995 No. 2125 "on the procedure for the formation of lower courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree:

     1. early release from duties of deputy chairmen of regional courts and members of regional courts: Zhukenov Abdrashit Tulegenovich-deputy chairman of the East Kazakhstan regional court, member of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the assignment of duties; Zuev Alexey Sergeevich - deputy chairman of the East Kazakhstan regional court, at his own request in connection with his departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan; Zhusupov Nauryzbay Karimovich - member of the Kokshetau regional court, at his own request in connection with his departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan;      Romazanova Lyudmila Deonizovna-member of the Mangistau regional court, at her own request in connection with her departure from the region;

     2. the duties of Deputy Chairmen of regional courts should be assigned to:
