On changes in the composition of some regional courts and their presidencies

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 28, 1995 N 2426

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 1995 No. 2125 U952125_ "On the procedure for the formation of lower courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I hereby decree:

1. Assign duties to members of regional courts:

Akmolinsky - to Baymuratova Raushan Kalenovna;

Aktobe - to Urgenshbayeva Zinaida Arunovna;

Zhambylsky - to Myrzakulov Makulbek Japarbekovich;

West Kazakhstan - Boranbaev Yesenbai Nurlybaevich;

Karagandinsky - to Nurmukhanova Rosa Khairullinovna;

Kokshetau - based on Aksaylakov Kenzhe Ashimovich;

Imangalieva Klara Maldybaevna, relieving her of her post as a member of the Atyrau Regional Court;

Kustanaysky - on Tataev Marat Estauletovich;

Mangystau - Baybosynova Gulshara Abishevna;

Pavlodarsky - to Darabayeva Bayan Akbarovna.

2. To approve Lyudmila V. Shornik as a member of the Presidium of the Kokshetau Regional Court.
