Considering the petitions of the local representative and executive

bodies of Atyrau region and in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993

I decree:

1. Assign the settlement of Kulsary, Zhylyoy district, Atyrau region, to the category of cities of regional significance.

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
