On measures to further ensure the interests of the State in the management of the public sector of the economy

     In order to improve the management of the public sector of the economy in sectors of strategic importance and create favorable conditions for ensuring economic growth of the State, I DECREE:

     1. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:

     1) to create a joint-stock company "Kazakhstan Holding Company for the management of state assets "Samruk" (hereinafter - JSC "Samruk Holding");

     2) provide within two weeks:

     approval of the Memorandum on the basic principles of the activities of Samruk Holding JSC;

     approval of the list of national companies and other joint-stock companies, the state blocks of shares of which will be transferred to the authorized capital of Samruk Holding JSC;

     3) ensure that appropriate amendments and additions are made to regulatory legal acts within one month.;

     4) take other measures resulting from this Decree.

     2. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
