To ratify Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the conditions for the Deployment of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine and Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2010, made in Ashgabat on December 4, 2012.

PROTOCOL between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the conditions for the deployment of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine and Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2010

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, guided by Article 7 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the conditions for the Deployment of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine and Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), have agreed as follows:

Article 1

The second paragraph of article 4 of the Agreement should be worded as follows: "The parties that lease the land plots specified in this Agreement, each at the expense of its state, ensure the supply of engineering networks and communications (water, heat, sewerage, electricity, communications, and others) to the borders and within the boundaries of the land plots they lease.".

Article 2

This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt, through diplomatic channels, of the last written notification that the Parties have completed the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force. This Protocol shall terminate simultaneously with the termination of the Agreement. Done in Ashgabat on December 4, 2012, in two copies, each in the Kazakh, Ukrainian and Russian languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of disagreement in the interpretation of the provisions of this Protocol, the Parties will refer to the text in Russian.
