  protocol On amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on Trade and Economic Cooperation in the field of oil and Petroleum Products Supplies to the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2010

     The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, guided by The Agreement on the Creation of a Single Customs Territory and the Formation of the Customs Union of October 6, 2007, taking into account Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on Trade and Economic Cooperation in the Field of Oil and Petroleum Products Supplies to the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2010, signed on September 19, 2012, and the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on Trade and Economic Cooperation in the Field of Oil and Petroleum Products Supplies to the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2010, signed on December 24, 2013, in accordance with Article 8 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on Trade and Economic Cooperation in the field of oil and petroleum products supplies to the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2010,       Taking into account other international agreements of the member States of the Customs Union, forming the contractual and legal framework of the Customs Union, have agreed on the following:

  Article 1

     To amend the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil and petroleum products supplies to the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2010, by stating the second paragraph of Article 8 as follows: "This Agreement is valid until January 1, 2019, at the end of this period it is automatically extended by 5 years old, if neither Party notifies the other Party in writing at least 6 months before the expiration of the original term of this Agreement of its intention to terminate it.".  

  Article 2

     This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the last written notification through diplomatic channels that the Parties have completed the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force.

     Done in Astana, on May 29, 2014, in two original copies, each in the Kazakh and Russian languages, both texts being equally authentic.
