Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on Preferential Terms for the Supply of Special Equipment and Special Equipment for Equipping Law Enforcement Agencies and Special Services of the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization dated October 6, 2007

The member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, guided by the need to update Agreements on preferential terms for the supply of special equipment and special equipment for equipping law enforcement agencies and special services of the Member States The Collective Security Treaty Organization of October 6, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), have agreed as follows:

Article 1

Article 3, paragraph two and paragraph four of Article 6 of the Agreement after the words "in freely convertible currency" should be supplemented with the words "and (or) in rubles of the Russian Federation".

Article 2

This Protocol shall enter into force in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 14 of the Agreement.

Done in Moscow on December 10, 2010, in one original copy in the Russian language. The original copy is kept at the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which will send a certified copy to each signatory State of this Protocol.
