     To ratify the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on Mutual visa-free travel of Citizens dated November 30, 2000, signed in Astana on March 24, 2005.

 On the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual visa-free travel of citizens dated November 30, 2000

     Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community (at the level of heads of Government)       decided:

     To adopt the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual visa-free travel of citizens dated November 30, 2000 (attached).

 PROTOCOL to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, By the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of Of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Russian Federation and By the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual visa-free travel of citizens dated November 30, 2000

     The Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, in order to develop a unified List of documents for the movement of citizens across the territory of the Community for all member States, in accordance with Article 7 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, By the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual visa-free travel of citizens dated November 30, 2000, have concluded this Protocol on the following:

 Article 1

     The documents certifying the identity and confirming the nationality of their holders, granting the right to enter, exit, transit, travel and stay in the territory of the States of the Parties, include the documents specified in annexes NN 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to this Protocol.       Annexes NN 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to this Protocol replace Annexes NN 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the above-mentioned Agreement from the date of provisional application of this Protocol.

 Article 2

     This Protocol shall become temporarily applicable 60 days after its signature and shall enter into force from the date of receipt by the depositary of the last written notification on the completion by the Parties of the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force.

 Appendix No. 1 to the Protocol to the Agreement between     By the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, By the Government of the Russian Federation and By the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual visa-free travel of citizens dated November 30, 2000    

 LIST of documents of citizens of the Republic of Belarus for entry, exit, transit, movement and stay in the territory of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Community

     1. Passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus.       2. Service passport. 3. Diplomatic passport. 4. National identity card of a seafarer (if there is a ship's role or an extract from it).       5. Certificate of return to the Republic of Belarus.

     After signing this Protocol, the Parties will immediately exchange through diplomatic channels samples of documents specified in Annexes NN 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to this Protocol.       Done in Astana on March 24, 2005, in one original copy in Russian. The original copy of this Protocol is kept in the Integration Committee of the Eurasian Economic Community, which will send a certified copy to the signatory States of this Protocol.

     1. The passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of the sample of 1994 (if there is a completed foreign passport) before the expiration date and the general passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of the sample of 2004.       2. Service passport. 3. Diplomatic passport. 4. Seaman's passport (if there is a ship's role or an extract from it).       5. Certificate of return to the Kyrgyz Republic.

     1. Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation*. 2. Official passport. 3. Diplomatic passport. 4. Seaman's passport (if there is a ship's role or an extract from it).       5. Certificate of return to the Russian Federation.
