On renaming the Kirovsky district of the South Kazakhstan region

Taking into account the petitions of local executive bodies and the wishes of the public of the South Kazakhstan region, based on the conclusion of the State Onomastic Commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Kirovsky district of the South Kazakhstan region was renamed into the district of Assikat.
