On renaming the Sverdlovsk region of the Zhambyl region

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1995 N 2696

Considering the petitions of the executive, representative bodies and the wishes of the public of Zhambyl region, based on the conclusion of the State Onomastic Commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I decree:

Rename the Sverdlovsky district of the Zhambyl region to the Bayzaksky district.
