On signing agreements and contracts for the supply of vaccines against coronavirus infection with Pfizer (Pfizer), as well as additions and amendments to them

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 21, 2022 No. 1080

In order to provide vaccines to the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To authorize the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to sign, on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan, agreements and contracts for the supply of vaccines against coronavirus infection with Pfizer, as well as additions and amendments thereto.

     2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the measures resulting from this Decree.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
