      I DECREE:

    1. To approve the draft Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community dated October 10, 2000.

    2. To sign the Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community dated October 10, 2000.

    3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.

 Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Treaty Establishing the Eurasian Economic Community on October 10, 2000

     The Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, which are member States of the Eurasian Economic Community (hereinafter referred to as the EurAsEC), on the one hand, and the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties, taking into account the application of the Republic of Uzbekistan for membership in the EurAsEC, guided by Article 9 The Agreement on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community dated October 10, 2000, agreed as follows:

 Article 1

     By this Protocol, the Republic of Uzbekistan accedes to the Treaty establishing the Eurasian Economic Community of October 10, 2000 and assumes in full the rights and obligations arising from it.

 Article 2

     This Protocol is temporarily applied from the date of signature, is subject to ratification by the Contracting Parties and enters into force from the date of delivery to the depositary, which is the EurAsEC Integration Committee, of the last written notification on the completion of the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force.

 Article 3

     This Protocol, in accordance with Article 102 of the UN Charter, is subject to registration with the United Nations Secretariat.      Committed in the city _________ ____ _________ 200_ Russian, Tajik and Uzbek languages in one copy in Belarusian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, and Uzbek languages, all texts being equally authentic. Russian text In case of disagreement on the text of this Protocol, the Contracting Parties will use the text in Russian.      The original copy of this Protocol is kept in the EurAsEC Integration Committee, which will send a certified copy to the Contracting Parties.
