On signing the Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Georgia on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters dated September 17, 1996

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 18, 2003 No. 1168

 I decree:      

1. To approve the draft Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Georgia on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters dated September 17, 1996.      

2. Authorize the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Onalsyn Islamovich Zhumabekov, to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Georgia on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters dated September 17, 1996 by exchanging alternatives through diplomatic channels.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
