On signing the Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Delimitation of the Bottom of the Caspian Sea between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2003 No. 1030

 I decree:      

1. To approve the draft Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Delimitation of the Caspian Sea Floor between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.      

2. Authorize Kairat Khuatovich Abuseitov, First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Delimitation of the Caspian Sea Floor, authorizing amendments and additions to it that are not of a fundamental nature.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
