On some issues of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 19, 2022 No. 962.
I DECREE:
1. Reorganize:
1) the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the East Kazakhstan region" by separating from it the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Abai region";
2) the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region" by separating from it the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Zhetisu region";
3) the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda region" by separating from it the republican state institution "Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Ulytau region".
2. To make the following amendment to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2019 No. 74 "On certain issues of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service)":
in the Regulation on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, approved by the above-mentioned Decree:
The list of the Agency's territorial bodies should be worded as follows:

3. The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs shall take measures arising from this Decree.
4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
