On some issues of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 18, 2011 No. 61
In accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 2 of Article 17-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
I DECREE:
1. To establish: 1) The Committee for Control and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) the Committee for the Development of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall: 1) approve the regulations on the state bodies specified in paragraph 1 of this Decree; 2) take other measures to implement this Decree.
3. To amend the following decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) in Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 22, 1999 No. 29 "On measures for further optimization of the system of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 1, art. 2; 2000, No. 54, art. 593; 2001, No. 1-2, art. 2; No. 4-5, art. 43; 2002, No. 26, art. 272; No. 45, art. 445; 2003, No. 12, art. 130; No. 16, art. 160; 2004, No. 13, art. 166; No. 21, art. 267; No. 27, art. 344; No. 48, art. 590; 2005, No. 16, art. 189; No. 27, art. 329; No. 30, art. 380; No. 49, art. 623; 2006, No. 7, art. 50; No. 26, art. 264; No. 28, Article 299; No. 30, Article 320; 2007, No. 30, Article 330; No. 33, Article 361; 2008, No. 10, Article 105; 2009, No. 5, Article 13; 2010, No. 27, Article 205; No. 51, Article 466; 2011, No. 2, Article 12):
