Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 20, 2011 No. 166.
In accordance with subparagraph 3) Paragraph 2 of Article 21 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
I DECREE:
1. Approve the attached documents:
1) Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/19/2022 No. 61.
2) A description and procedure for providing uniforms to employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Invalidate them:
1) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 20, 2008 No. 595 "On approval of the Regulations on service in the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the text of the Oath of employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 27, art. 249; 2010, No. 51, art. 465);
2) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 12, 2010 No. 1061 "On Amendments and additions to Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 20, 2008 No. 595" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 51, art. 465).
3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.

Description and procedure for providing uniforms to employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of KazakhstaNlave 1. Concepts used in the description of uniforms
The following basic concepts are used in this application:
Uniforms are a set of clothing items and insignia that are unified in accordance with the description and are designed to be worn by employees of the prosecutor's office and to determine their affiliation to the law enforcement service.;
insignia - state and departmental awards awarded to employees of the Prosecutor's office;
insignia are elements of uniform equipment, indicating departmental affiliation and personal class ranks of employees of the prosecutor's office.
Insignia include shoulder badges (shoulder straps, shoulder straps), sleeve badges (shoulder straps, sewing), badges on hats (cockades, sewing), shoulder straps (emblems, stars), emblems and embroidery on collars, edging, lampas, as well as personalized badges, breastplates.
The insignia and insignia provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are worn on uniforms.
Chapter 2. General provisions
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Law Enforcement Service", employees of the prosecutor's office who have been awarded class ranks are provided with uniforms free of charge.
Uniforms are divided into formal, casual, summer and winter and may be numbered.
A half coat, raincoat, tunic, jacket, trousers (skirt) are issued in accordance with the size of the clothes, or in the form of fabrics with payment for their tailoring.
Shirts, a sweater, a special cape, hats, mufflers, gloves, a tie, and shoes are given out ready-made.
The uniform of employees of the military prosecutor's office and the rules for wearing it are the same as for military personnel, while the emblem of the prosecutor's office is placed on the shoulder straps and collars.
Chapter 3. A set of uniforms for the highest commanding staff of the prosecutor's office
1. Formal and formal attire (Fig. 1-3):
a special front door:
the cap (women's beret) is white;
the tunic is white;
trousers (skirt) in dark blue with stripes;
white shirt with long sleeves;
The tie is dark blue;
black leather shoes.
Form No. 1 - summer:
the cap (women's beret) is dark blue;
the jacket is dark blue;
trousers (skirt) in dark blue with stripes;
white shirt with long sleeves;
The tie is dark blue;
black leather shoes.
Form No. 2 - year-old:
the cap (women's beret) is dark blue;
trousers (skirt) in dark blue with stripes;
white shirt with long sleeves;
The tie is dark blue;
black leather shoes.
Form No. 3 - year-old:
the cap (women's beret) is dark blue;
a dark blue raincoat (or a black leather raincoat);
jacket, trousers (skirt) of dark blue color with stripes;
white shirt with long sleeves;
The tie is dark blue;
black leather shoes.
Form No. 1 - winter:
a cap with a visor (women have a kubanka hat) made of grey astrakhan;
a dark blue winter coat with a grey astrakhan collar (or a black leather raincoat with padded fur);
jacket, trousers (skirt) of dark blue color with stripes;
white shirt with long sleeves;
The tie is dark blue;
insulated black leather boots;
black leather gloves;
white silk scarf.
2. Casual clothing (Fig. 4-7):
Form No. 1 - summer:
the cap (women's beret) is dark blue;
jacket, trousers (skirt) of dark blue color with stripes;
long sleeve blue shirt;
The tie is dark blue;
black leather shoes.
Form No. 2 - year-old:
the cap (women's beret) is dark blue;
long sleeve blue shirt;
trousers (skirt) in dark blue with stripes;
The tie is dark blue;
black leather shoes.
Form No. 3 — year-old:
the cap (women's beret) is dark blue;
The raincoat is dark blue;
a dark blue tunic or jacket;
trousers (skirt) in dark blue with stripes;
long sleeve blue shirt;
The tie is dark blue;

Form No. 4 - year-old:
the cap (women's beret) is dark blue;

a dark blue half-coat with a grey tsigeyka collar (for persons with the class rank of Senior Adviser of Justice, made of grey astrakhan);
jacket, trousers (skirt) of dark blue color;
white shirt with long sleeves;
The tie is dark blue;
insulated black leather boots;
black leather gloves;
grey woolen scarf.
