On the abolition of the State Commission for Monitoring the Progress of Construction in the territories of the suburban zone and the zone of special urban planning regulation of the city of Almaty

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2011 No. 1138

I DECREE:      

1. To abolish the State Commission for Monitoring the Progress of Construction in the territories of the suburban zone and the zone of special urban planning regulation of the city of Almaty under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

2. Invalidate Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2007 No. 355 "On the formation of the State Commission for Monitoring the Progress of Construction in the territories of the suburban zone and the zone of special urban planning regulation of Almaty" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 22, art. 246).      

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
