On the appointment of elections to the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2026 No. 1338

 In accordance with subparagraph 3) of Article 46 and paragraph 1 of Article 95 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To appoint elections of deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan for August 23, 2026.

     2. The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall organize the preparation and conduct of elections of deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the akims of the capital, regions, and cities of republican significance should immediately take all necessary measures to provide organizational, logistical, and financial support for the election of deputies to the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its publication.
