On the creation of a special state archive of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial Police)

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2004 No. 1417

 In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 1998 "On the National Archival Fund and Archives" and in order to ensure national security, I hereby decree:      

1. To create a special state archive of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes (financial police).      

2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take other measures arising from this Decree.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
