On the creation of a special state archive of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2012 No. 216

 In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 1998 "On the National Archival Fund and Archives" and in order to ensure national security

I DECREE:      

1. Create a special state archive of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

2. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the measures resulting from this Decree.      

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
