On the creation of the Astana - New City Special Economic Zone

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2001 No. 645.

  In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 1996 "On Special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I hereby decree:

     The footnote. The preamble as amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26.02.2007 N 291 .

     1. To create a special economic zone "Astana - new city" for the period up to 2027.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force on January 1, 2002.
