     In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2011 "On Special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:

     The footnote. The preamble is amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.05.2018 No. 681.

     1. To create a special economic zone "Pavlodar" (hereinafter referred to as the FEZ) for the period until December 1, 2036.

     2. Excluded by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.05.2018 No. 681.

     3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan should take measures to ensure the operation of the FEZ.

     4. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
