On the definition of the operator of the “digital government”

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 8, 2026, No. 374

In accordance with Part One of Article 74 of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

    1. To designate the joint‑stock company “National Information Technologies” as the operator of the “digital government”.

    2. To repeal the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016, No. 40 “On the definition of the operator of the information and communication infrastructure of the ‘e‑government’.”

3. This resolution shall come into force on July 12, 2026.
