On the dismissal of some judges of regional and equivalent courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 1996 N 2915

In accordance with sub-paragraphs 1), 2) of paragraph 1 and sub-paragraph 2) paragraph 2 of Article 47, articles 71 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1995 No. 2694, which has the force of the Constitutional Law, "On Courts and the status of Judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I decree:

1. Dismiss the following judges of regional and equivalent courts:

Akmola regional

- Nina Andreevna Mutsenberg at her own request in connection with her resignation;

- Streltsov Viktor Mikhailovich at his own request in connection with his retirement;

Aktobe regional

- The role of Vera Nikolaevna at her own request in connection with the transfer to another job;

Almaty regional

- Lydia Pavlovna Rozum at her own request in connection with her retirement; Almaty City

- Geleverya Tamara Alekseevna at her own request in connection with leaving the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Kostanay regional court - Umurzakov Kalzhan Tulendinovich at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job;

Mangystau regional court - Elena Mikhailovna Markaryan at her own request in connection with her departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan; Pavlodar regional court - Bolat Balkenovich Omarov at her own request in connection with his transfer to another job;

Turgai regional - Bekmagambetov Tles of the Bekmagambetovich court at his own request in connection with reaching retirement age;

- Alibekov Bakhytbek Seitzhanovich at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job;

South Kazakhstan - Serikzhan Dairovich Amandykov regional court at his own request in connection with the transfer to another job;

The Military Court of the troops - Almagambetov Zhantas Mamanovich of the Republic of Kazakhstan at his own request.

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
