On the dismissal of some judges of the Almaty City Court and regional courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 1996 N 3006

In accordance with sub-paragraphs 1), 2) of paragraph 1 and sub-paragraph 2) paragraph 2 of Article 47, Article 71 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1995 No. 2694, which has the force of the Constitutional Law, "On Courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree:      

1. Dismiss the following judges from their posts: Almaty city - Akdavletova Saule Bozzhigitovna on              

courts at their own request in connection with                                    

by resigning;

- Idrisova Rauza Saginbayeva at her own request in connection with her resignation;

- Akinov is being transferred at his own request in connection with his retirement;

- To Zinaida Akhmedzhanovna Tungushpayeva at her own request in connection with her resignation;

West Kazakhstan

- Demidenko Emilia Vasilyevna at the regional court of her own volition in connection with retirement (reaching retirement age); Kokshetau regional

- Prishchep Pyotr Semenovich at his own request in connection with his retirement;

Mangystau regional

- Khaimovich to Alexandra Tikhonovna at her own request in connection with retirement (reaching retirement age);

North Kazakhstan Region

- Rudakov Valentin Kuzminichna at the regional court's own request in connection with the transfer to another job;

- Topilsky Nikolai Georgievich at his own request; Semipalatinsk regional

- Kopylova Svetlana Georgievna at her own request in connection with retirement (reaching retirement age).

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
